My mom loves it, outside of the finicky track pad but that is normal for most laptops now a days. The full size keyboard allows her to type good enough, and it plays her Facebook games that don't require flash (now obsolete). I like how it operates when I need to use it to do something for her...

But I might be biased - I've always loved IBM (now Lenovo) and one other popular brand. Lenovo also doesn't include a bunch of bloat ware either. Great computer overall
